Now that I have completed my Certification in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, I am thrilled to bring my passion for disease prevention and reversal through a whole food plant-based diet and share it with all of you!
Each detox menu is brand new, vegetarian, naturally gluten free, and the perfect way to lighten up your diet and flatten your belly.

Back On Track to feeling cleaner and lighter, this detox is for YOU! My fall menu is filled with seasonal, local vegetables and fruits to keep our bodies warm as we enter the cooler months.
This Detox couldn't come at a better time: the day after Thanksgiving weekend!
This menu will include:
Pecan, cranberry and orange Paleo muffin
Quinoa breakfast bowl
Green smoothie with almond butter and banana
Half-baked apple with granola
Guacamole with gluten free crackers
Roasted rainbow carrot salad with quinoa, a sherry-citrus vinaigrette, and pistachios
Beet hummus with crudités and smoke house almonds
Butternut squash & apple soup
Glazed lentil meatloaf with sweet potatoes
Leek and squash frittata with a side salad
Cauliflower and mushroom risotto
A private nutritional consultation with me is also included!
Family-sized portions are also available with this detox, to get the whole family back on track. I will happily provide a family-sized serving of any of this month’s menu options for an additional charge. Inquire within.
