This reboot program is designed for those who want to gain control of their eating habits, fuel their body with nutrient dense foods, eliminate bloat, and reboot their system. 

Join me for 4 days of healthy, vegetarian, gluten free, portioned-controlled meals. Each meal is easy on digestion and proven to reduce inflammation. I will provide two meals per day. You decide when you want to eat and have the flexibility to eat the third meal on your own!


How it works:

Each day, for four days, I will supply:

-one breakfast

-one soup 

-one snack

You choose your own third meal! This plan is perfect for those who have business lunches, dinner plans, or want to eat out for one of their meals each day!

This menu will include:

Breakfast:

  • Vegetable Frittata

  • Green Smoothie

  • Gluten Free Bread

  • Grain Free Muesli

Snack:

  • Half-baked Apple with Granola

  • Pistachio Chewy Bites and Turmeric Ginger Tea

  • White Bean and Pea Puree with Carrot Sticks

  • Smokey Spiced Air-Popped Popcorn

Lunch or Dinner (your choice):

  • Broccoli Detox Soup

  • Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash White Bean Puree

  • Red Lentil Lemon Spinach Soup

  • Creamy Tomato Turmeric Soup


When: Monday, January 28th - Thursday, January 31st
(Food will be delivered to your home on Sunday, January 27th)
