A Pre-Holiday Reboot!


Join me for a REBOOT before the holiday season! This is a 4 day, vegetarian, naturally gluten-free, healthy, clean-eating plan. We will deliver delicious, homemade balanced meals right to your doorstep. This plan includes breakfast, lunch and one snack per day, and you get to choose your own dinners! A perfect plan for the busy parent, commuter, or anyone looking to reduce bloating, lose weight, and look and feel great!

All food will be delivered to you on November 10th.

How it works:

Each day, for four days, I will supply:

  • one breakfast

  • one lunch

  • one snack

You choose your own third meal with my guidance! I will also provide a private one-on-one nutritional consultation. Feel lighter and cleaner with the best food for your body and mind.

This menu will include:

Breakfast:

  • Vanilla Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruit

  • Paleo Fluffy Pancakes with Apple Compote

  • Almond Pear Muffin

  • Protein Packed Green Smoothie

Lunch:

  • Crunchy Detox Salad with Roasted Squash

  • Black Bean Quinoa Chili

  • Hearty Lentil Soup with Side Salad

  • Roasted Sweet Potato with Chickpeas, Tahini and Herbs

Snacks:

  • Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookies

  • Pistachio Snack Packs

  • Edamame Hummus with Carrot Sticks

  • Baked Maple Walnut Pear
