In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to:

  • Learn tips for saving time and money

  • Delicious recipes that are easy to make and packed with nutrients 

Prior to the workshop, you'll have the option to choose from 6 different dishes we can prepare together. We will also address your health concerns and come up with a game plan so you leave the workshop feeling ready to embark on a healthy lifestyle plan that works for you!
