HERE ARE TWO OPTIONS ON HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER:

OPTION #1 - 60 minutes of 1on1 coaching

Our calls will consist of an in-depth discussion to determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.

 

During our time together, you'll learn:

  • how to nourish your body with real, whole foods and to let go of processed, artificial, fake foods.

  • how to find time to make self-care a priority so you live the life you want - with energy to allow you to have the power to shine!

 

You Will…

  • Understand and reduce cravings

  • Explore new foods  

  • Increase energy

  • Feel better in your body

  • Learn the techniques to sustain a balanced, healthy lifestyle and weight

  • Improve personal relationships

  • Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.

Your Program Includes...

  • Two, 30-minute sessions per month in person or via phone

  • E-mail & text support between sessions for accountability and support

PRICE - $150/hour 

 

 

OPTION #2  - In-person In-home Working Session

In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to:

  • Plan, shop, and prep healthy meals for the week

  • Learn tips for saving time and money

  • Delicious recipes that are easy to make and packed with nutrients 

Prior to the workshop, you'll have the option to choose from 6 different dishes we can prepare together. We will also address your health concerns and come up with a game plan so you leave the workshop feeling ready to embark on a healthy lifestyle plan that works for you!

PRICE - $300/hour 

With both options, I'll also share some of the following:​

  • What to purchase when Food shopping

  • Ways to start building a lifestyle of easy-to-implement healthy habits

  • Access to a lending library of health and wellness books

  • Easy to make recipes for you and your family
