Student & Teen Coaching
Teaching teens and young adults about how food impacts their bodies sets them up for a lifetime of better practices and choices around food. In our 30-minute sessions, we cover:
* Current challenges around food choices
* Dietary preferences
* Personalized goals
* Behavior change tools
* Customized Weekly Action Plan
* Meal Ideas, Recipes and more

In-Person Working Session
In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to:

Plan, shop, & prep healthy meals for the week

Learn tips for saving time and money

Delicious recipes that are easy to make and packed with nutrients

Prior to the workshop, you'll have the option to choose from 6 different dishes we can prepare together. We will also address your health concerns and come up with a game plan so you leave the workshop feeling ready to embark on a healthy lifestyle plan that works for you!
