The perfect after dinner "sweet treat" that is actually good for you! Date + Tahini "Snickers" Bites- 2 at most is a serving



Why it works:

Dates → rich in fiber + natural sugar for gentle energy

Tahini → healthy fats + calcium = supports estrogen metabolism

Dark chocolate → antioxidant + blood sugar-friendly

Sea salt → adrenal support and balances sweet flavors


Ingredients:

  • Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1–2 tsp tahini per date

  • Crushed walnuts or almonds

  • Melted dark chocolate (70%+)

  • Sea salt flakes

To make:

  1. Slice dates open (but not all the way through).

  2. Stuff with tahini and nuts.

  3. Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
