Why it works:
Dates → rich in fiber + natural sugar for gentle energy
Tahini → healthy fats + calcium = supports estrogen metabolism
Dark chocolate → antioxidant + blood sugar-friendly
Sea salt → adrenal support and balances sweet flavors
Ingredients:
Medjool dates, pitted
1–2 tsp tahini per date
Crushed walnuts or almonds
Melted dark chocolate (70%+)
Sea salt flakes
To make:
Slice dates open (but not all the way through).
Stuff with tahini and nuts.
Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
