Warm Cinnamon Fruit & Yogurt Bowl
Serves 4 (fruit base)
Ingredients
1 apple, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups berries (fresh or frozen)
Splash of water
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1 cup plain greek yogurt per serving
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed per serving
Directions
Add the chopped apple and a splash of water to a pan over medium heat
.Stir in cinnamon and vanilla and cook until the apples start to soften.
Add the banana and cook another 1–2 minutes.
Add the berries and cook just until warm and slightly softened.
Spoon over 1 cup of greek yogurt and top with ground flaxseed.
Simple, satisfying, and something you can actually stick to.
