It's been a cold winter here in NY and I'm finding it hard to eat my daily salads that I love so much during the warmer months. This 2 ingredient spinach wrap recipe has been my go to all winter long. Getting in my protein and greens blended together and filling it with anything I choose has been a quick and easy healthy meal option. It takes minutes to make, contains no additives, and is full of nutrients.

Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup spinach
4 eggs (can also use egg whites)
Seasonings of choiceÂ
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, add your spinach,
eggs and blend. You want to make sure these ingredients blend fully.Â
Using a large pan, spray avocado oil so nothing sticks. Cook your wraps like crepes, for 2-3 minutes on each side.Â
Once cooked, let it cool and then you can assemble your wrap!
You can add tuna, turkey, avocado, tomato, shredded cabbage- anything you like and enjoy! No preservatives added :)
