🥑 Bread...If you're a bread lover but want to increase your nutrients and protein, I have an easy recipe for you!




This recipe came from one of my bread obsessed clients who came to me wanting to lose weight and reduce inflammation.


She raves about her "bread" and wrote out the recipe for me to share with you.


Avocado Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 heaping tablespoons of greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup cauliflower flour (you can get this at Whole Foods or use almond flour)

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Topping use as much or as little as you want:

  • pumpkin seeds

  • sesame seeds

  • sunflower seeds

  • EBTB Seasoning


Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven 400F

  2. Mash all ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Make 4 circles like pancakes out of the batter and place on a parchment lined baking pan

  4. Sprinkle seeds on top

  5. Bake 25-30 minutes


Slice in half and enjoy as you do a bagel!
